Summary: The travellers find themselves in a swamp, but one of their number is missing.

The vortex storm had swept the small band of travellers up and deposited them here, in this swamp; at least that was what they’d assumed. After regaining consciousness, Varian had found first Fred and then Scott only a few yards away from him, but there was no trace of Liana.

Surely she couldn’t be far away, but despite searching, and calling her name, they had yet to find her, and they were all growing concerned.

Then Scott disappeared, and it was becoming evident that they weren’t alone in the swamp. Which of them would be the next to mysteriously vanish?

A regular swamp, all misty and marshy, but they're not alone there. Liana got dropped on the other side of the mountain and is facing her own problems. The other three will be fine, once they help some aliens.
