Summary: The tracker Harrison and Suzanne have developed works, but using it has some downsides.

It worked, just as Suzanne had described when she’d tried it. Harrison shot the transmitter into the man he wanted to track, applied the receptor to himself, and… It was like being hit in the head, but he could see what his quarry was seeing. Although his vision was blurry, he was effectively looking through the other man’s eyes. Could even follow him, if he could stand up.

Making it to his feet, he was preparing to give chase when someone shot the man he was connected to, and… Pain hit like an explosion in his head, and he collapsed.

Ah yes, a major disadvantage!

Yes, but when he regained consciousness, he went where the other man had gone, found out the aliens were behind everything, and then... used the receptor cells on himself a second time, and was looking through someone else's eyes as they died too. *pets Harrison* He ended up with a very bad headache, but it was all to save Debi's life, so he probably didn't have too many regrets.

They were trying to save the life of a 15-year-old girl. And After Harrison managed to recover from THAT, he did the same damned thing again. Maybe not the smartest move, and it left him with a pounding headache, but Debi was saved, so I guess it was worth it.
