Summary: There would be a lot of tales for Scott and his friends to tell about his adventures.

Someday, Scott thought, when he was grown up and married, maybe he’d tell his own children stories of the adventures he had on this island, the people he travelled with, and everybody they met. Maybe all of them would, back in their own times, on their own worlds, and in that way, they’d remember each other, recall the wonders they saw, and the dangers they faced together.

It was a nice thought, but bittersweet. After an adventure like this, people usually had reunions where they reminisced about everything that happened, but for Scott and his friends, that would be impossible.

Always makes me sad to think of them parting ways and returning to their own times.

Very difficult and sad. But still he can share his own memories and imagine the others doing so.

That will be the only thing he can do once they're all back where they belong. They're going to miss each other, I'm sure. They don't always agree with each other, but the friendship is very strong.
